Details: Date of boxing is confusing. Some news report says September 13, 2025; Monica Kelsey says at Sept 22 announcement that it happened 2 months ago– some time after 2nd Mehlville case. Mother (or someone) called SHBB Inc Hotline, which advised her on trad SH and SHBB options, and she chose the box. SHBB Inc alerted the fire station that the mother was on the way, so everyone stayed inside so they would not see each other. Apparently, the baby is still in foster care, since Kelsey said that the state is looking for an adoptive family.
