B414 : Authorizes the installation of a baby box in any designated emergency care facility that is staffed continuously on a 24/7 basis 364 days a year Current law limits box location to designated emergency care facilities that are physically located inside of a licensed hospital and has an emergency department that is open 24/7. No boxes have been installed at hospitals.
